The Crossroads Mall is a two-story mall. If you complete 1 full lap on the lower level and about half of the upper level, it will equal about a mile. Free blood pressure screenings are conducted in the mornings in or near the Food Court. Three trips around the inside perimeter is about two miles. One trip around the outside of the mall is approximately one mile.
