The ‘Back to School’ season is upon us and we thought it would be nice to highlight some of the “schooling” support that we provide our employees, from home health care trainings to college scholarships.

One of the reasons the staff at Compassionate Care Home Health Services is exceptional is due to the educational trainings we provide employees. It allows us to continue providing the best care possible because our employees are up-to-date on the latest techniques and requirements.

Employee Training Includes…

Each month, Compassionate Care provides two employee trainings to ensure our customers are served with the best possible support and care. The training topics we cover during these educational sessions include a range of items, from “safety in the client’s home” to “methods of managing client transfers.” Employees are encouraged to take part in these bi-weekly trainings, as well as others that cover the specific type of care they are providing for their clients.

In addition to the bi-weekly trainings, every Compassionate Care employee can take part in an annual training that covers HIPAA compliance, proper documentation, back injury prevention, CPR and other important topics.

Ongoing Education Support

Compassionate Care Home Health Services, Inc. also supports employees seeking to further their education. Not only do we work well around school schedules, we also offer two Tuition Scholarships for our employees each year to help assist with the rising cost of higher education.
