The Alpena office first opened late in the year 2000. Servicing seven counties in northeast Michigan, this office is currently under the guidance and supervision of Traci, Carrie and Krystian.

Meet Traci

Traci was hired as field nurse in August 2004 and was promoted to a Field Staff Supervisor position in 2015. Then in 2016, she was promoted to Assistant Administrator. Traci is a licensed practical nurse and spent most of her Compassionate Care career doing medications setups, foot cares, wound care and shift work. Her dedication to high quality care is unmatched. When Traci isn’t providing top notch care, she is usually spending time with her 4 dogs and significant other, taking long walks or planning her escape to Hawaii. When she can find the time, she also enjoys making quilts.

Meet Carrie

Carrie was offered a Field Staff Supervisor position at the same time Traci was. She came to Compassionate Care with several years experience as a certified nursing assistant, scheduling and office management. Along with Traci, Carrie ensures clients are staffed, caregivers are trained and the office runs smoothly. When she isn’t doing that, Carrie continues to defy odds. She was never supposed to be able to walk. It just goes to show that strong-will and determination will lead one to do whatever they want.

Meet Krystian

Krystian joined Compassionate Care as a home health aide in May 2015. When the Scheduler position opened up in the office, Krystian was promoted! Her several years working in the field has been very helpful in her new position in the office. Krystian loves spending time her family and traveling anywhere she can go. Her favorite travel destination to date has been Seattle and you can always make Krystian happy with ice cream and junk food!

Now that you’ve met Compassionate Care’s Alpena team, give them a call to see how they can assist you with providing excellent home care services for your loved one or to learn how you can become a Compassionate Care caregiver!
