The Mid Michigan Compassionate Care office is under the direction of Senior Field Staff Supervisor, Michelle, Field Staff Supervisor, Denise and Scheduler, Kristy. Covering ten counties in the Mid Michigan region, Michelle, Denise and Kristy work together as a team to provide the best care for their clients. Read below to learn more about them.
Meet Michelle
As the Senior Field Staff Supervisor, Michelle oversees all functions in the office. She processes paperwork, ensures clients have caregivers scheduled, hires new caregivers, meets with clients and works with case managers to best meet each client’s needs. When Michelle isn’t putting clients first, you might find her casting fishing tales or planning her dream vacation in Florida. She might also be watching P.S. I Love You with her dog lying on her lap.
As awesome as Michelle is, she definitely could not do her job without her cohorts, Denise and Kristy.
Meet Denise
Denise joined the team in November 2015. Along with Michelle and Kristy, Denise ensures clients schedules are filled with qualified caregivers and also works hard to help keep the office running smoothly. When she isn’t on the phone staffing client’s needs, Denise loves to fish, camp and bake. If you’re lucky, you might even catch her with a microphone in her hand, singing some sweet karaoke!
Meet Kristy
Kristy is the newest member of the Mid Michigan office team. Her primary role is to ensure clients are scheduled with caregivers to meet their specific needs. Kristy loves riding motorcycles, fishing and camping. She is also a huge animal advocate. When she isn’t staffing open shifts, you will most likely find Kristy traveling the open roads.
