The West Branch Compassionate Care office is the most unique office because it is also home to the Corporate office. Taking up the challenge of running the scheduling part of the office is Field Staff Supervisor and Training Specialist, Ashley and Field Staff Supervisor, Katie. Both gals ensure clients in the nine county Central Michigan region are taken care of.
Meet Ashley
Ashley has worked as a Field Staff Supervisor since 2013 and is responsible for scheduling, processing paperwork, overseeing caregivers and client intake. Ashley is also Secretary for the Compassionate Care Safety Committee that meets quarterly to address and evaluate any safety related issues in the company. In 2015 she accepted the position of Training Specialist and helps with training needs at all five Compassionate Care locations. Once her three children have grown, Ashley would love to take a cruise vacation…as long as she can order tacos.
Meet Katie
Katie is the newest team member to the West Branch office. Katie works hard to ensure all clients are scheduled and that proper care is provided. The plants that reside in the West Branch office are also extremely happy that Katie joined the team… she loves gardening! They have never thrived so much! Other staff may prefer coffee in the morning, but Katie prefers a Red Bull. Prior to joining the Compassionate Care team, Katie worked as a surgical tech in the operating room.
